if you still have the VRCA and hit me up in either a reply or a DM with it ill fix it or at least enough that you can get the rest done on your own.

i know you have the decrypted files already but the reason i like to have the vrca is it lets me see in unity what should be what, it also lets me repair shaders as needed and also repair scripts that may be on it. its why I tend to not touch just decrypted files cause its more work.

yeah my partner used to use that one, it's fucking massive for no good reason. i would throw out all the tools and try manual optimization; go through and resize each image one by one and remove most of the toggles
